The MSM Health Research Consortium designs and implements studies that identify and address HIV, health and other challenges faced by gay, bisexual and other men who have sex with men in East Africa.

The MSM Health Research consortium was established in 2014 by researchers affiliated with KEMRI–Wellcome Trust (KWTRP) in Kilifi, Nyanza Reproductive Health Society (NRHS) in Kisumu, and SWOP clinics in Nairobi, and Universities of Nairobi, Manitoba, Illinois, Washington and Oxford.

The current Kenyan organizational membership includes: KEMRI CDC, SWOP Clinics, KAVI-ICR, KWTRP, NRHS, the National SOGIE Research Advisory Committee (G10) and the International AIDS Vaccine Initiative (IAVI).
